| Does anybody know the best back country skiing in New england ive been looking at tuckermans mount marcy mt manfield etc whant to know the best before i take a trip |

Tuckermans is great... whiteface has some lift serviced backcountry available late season.... but tuckermans... absolutely wonderful - make sure you go late in the season (i like april) and make sure you are in great shape as you will be hiking!  |

| ive heard of people skiing off of stowe i think somebody actually died in an avalanch know anything about that place |
